Accessibility statement
Compliance status
Partially compliant
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Non-text content: On some pages, images or embedded elements may not have an appropriate text alternative/title, making it difficult for people using assistive technologies to understand.
- C.9.1.3.1 – Information and correlations: the hierarchy of headings is not always respected (level jumps) and some sections are not enclosed in adequate landmark regions ( main , nav , etc.), complicating structural navigation.
- C.9.1.4.3 – Contrast (Minimum): In some components, the text/background contrast does not reach the minimum ratios, reducing readability for visually impaired users.
- C.9.2.4.4 – Purpose of the link (in context): some links do not have a sufficiently descriptive accessible name and/or open in a new tab without indication and without rel =" noopener noreferrer ".
- C.9.2.5.8 – Target size: Some interactive controls (links/icons) are smaller than 24×24 px, making them difficult to activate.
- C.9.4.1.1 – Syntactic analysis ( Parsing ): presence of parsing problems (e.g. duplicate IDs) that may confuse assistive technologies.
- C.9.4.1.2 – Name, Role, Value: Incorrect/omitted use of ARIA roles and attributes; in some cases focusable elements are hidden (aria- hidden =" true "), or accessible names for buttons/ iframes are missing .
Note: This section captures the set of typical issues identified in the 2025 audit; it will be refined with domain-specific findings during the next scan.
Drafting the accessibility statement
This declaration was drafted on 10/17/2025 .
The evaluation was carried out through objective and subjective analyses, based on automatic validation reports ( axe -core / AXE Auditor).
Please note that, at the time of drafting, usability tests with users have not yet been conducted, nor has a complete manual verification of all pages and features been carried out.
The declaration was last reviewed on 10/17/2025 .
Non-conformity remediation plan
Short-term goals
- Restore proper heading hierarchy (<h1>–<h6>), ensuring one <h1> per page and removing empty headings.
- Give links, buttons, icons, and iframes accessible names (e.g., descriptive titles ).
- Adjust links that open in a new tab by adding rel = " noopener" noreferrer " and a textual/visual indication of the context change.
Medium-term objectives
- Fix inconsistent contrasts and make links distinguishable by more than just color.
- Normalize the semantic structure with appropriate HTML5 landmarks and insert/position “Skip to content” correctly.
- Align ARIA patterns (allowed roles/attributes, accessible name of controls), avoid nested interactive controls, prevent focus on elements with aria- hidden .
Long-term commitments and continuous improvement
- Training for editors/developers on headings , landmarks, ARIA, contrast, and keyboard navigation.
- Usability testing with people with disabilities for future releases.
- Periodic monitoring with automatic tools and manual checks.
