Lingue sabelliche e strumenti informatici: proposta per la creazione di un dizionario digitale

Abstract

The aim of this work is to propose the creation of a digital dictionary of the Sabellic languages. Given the expansion of linguistic research through new approaches and the integration of lin-guistic models with other disciplines, both humanistic and technological-scientific, the creation of a digital facility has been deemed useful. This tool must meet various needs and be available to a wide audience. The digitalization of a lexical and onomastic repertoire of the Sabellic tradi-tion makes word queries easier and quicker, providing directness and comfort with the consult-ing. The support software, via two different accesses (online and offline), allows users to create and manipulate a full dictionary. The abilities of consulting, adding, editing and deleting a word set are ensured through word management, accessible with a digital keyboard using Greek and Latin alphabetic characters, enabling research on the whole Sabellic languages landscape.
